If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be transferred to another session.

This allows spaces to be offered to others.
Health & Responsibility
By attending a session, you confirm that:
You are in good health and able to take part in cold water immersion and sauna use
You will inform me of any relevant medical conditions in advance
You take part at your own pace and within your own limits
If at any point you feel unwell, you must inform me immediately.
Water Safety
You do not need to be an experienced swimmer, but you must feel comfortable in the water and able to tread as needed. For open water coaching sessions, it is mandatory for your safety that you can swim continuosly for a minimum of 200 metres - this is 8 lengths of a 25 metre pool.
All guidance given during sessions must be followed to ensure group safety.
Weather & Environment
Sessions take place outdoors and will run in most weather conditions.
In the event that conditions are unsafe, sessions may be rescheduled.
Respect for the Space
Wild Wellness operates with a leave-no-trace approach. We are a sustainable business and this involves operating and working practices which minimise consumption of paper, ink, plastics, power and resources. All bookings are made digitally. We do not have printed leaflets or business cards but have QR codes where necessary. We tread lightly in this landscape and ask those joining us to do the same.
Please bring your own resuseable mug/cup for drinks during your session and take all belongings home with you (including any food wrappers and waste) and help protect the natural environment, wildlife, and surrounding land.
Photography
Occasionally, photographs and/or short videos may be taken for website or social media use.
This will always be optional, and you will be asked for permission beforehand.
If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
