We’re a small team with big ideas and a passion for doing things well.
BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF LIKE MINDED FOLK WHO WANT TO GIVE BACK AND CONNECT THROUGH OUR WORK HERE IN THE LAKES.
Wild Wellness is not just something I offer.
It’s something I’m building - slowly, locally, and in connection with others.
This work is rooted in people, place, and a shared respect for the landscape we move within.
There is space here not only for individual experiences, but for collaboration, contribution, and quiet support.

I welcome thoughtful collaborations with local groups, events, and individuals who feel aligned with the ethos of Wild Wellness.
This may include post-event sauna sessions, small group bookings, or seasonal partnerships.
If you run a local swim group, hiking group, or event and would like to explore working together, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

A small number of spaces are set aside throughout the year for those who would benefit from time here, but may not otherwise be able to access it.
This is offered quietly, without formality or expectation.
If this speaks to you, you’re welcome to reach out. Please note that spaces are limited and available on a case by case basis dependent on session numbers.
Community monthly swims start in June - discounted to remove the barrier to join. A space to gather by the lake, chat, swim, sauna and make new friends. Designed to combat loneliness, mental health challenges and recovery.

Wild Wellness will continue to evolve over time.
Future plans include working more closely with young adults, creating space for those navigating stress and burnout, and offering more in-depth longer sessions in the form of small retreats working with other facilitators.
I’m hoping to set-up a second hand gear free hire shop for people just starting out in wild swimming or those who can’t afford the equipment. If you’d like to donate old but still useable swim wear, gear or equipment please reach out.
This will grow carefully, and only where it feels aligned.
