More than a monthly swim

Community at Wild Wellness takes different forms. It’s something I’m building slowly, locally and in connection with others. This work is rooted in people, place and a shared respect for the landscape we move within.

Sometimes it's a swim. Sometimes it's a walk to the water, a shared sauna, a seasonal gathering or an experience created with someone whose work we admire.

The common thread is simple: being outside, doing something together and making space for connection.

COMMUNITY SWIMS

Regular informal gatherings beside the water.

COLLABORATIONS

Experiences created with aligned local practitioners and groups.

WALKS + WATER

Exploring landscape together, from fell paths to quieter swimming spots.

I love creating experiences with people whose work complements the landscape and ethos of Wild Wellness.

This might be a yoga practice beside the lake, a shared sauna session, a walk, a retreat or something we haven't thought of yet.

If you have an idea that feels like a natural fit, I'd love to hear it.

Wild Wellness sets aside a small number of spaces throughout the year for people who might not otherwise be able to take part.

It's offered quietly, without formality or expectation, and depends on what's possible within each session.

If you'd like to find out more, you're welcome to get in touch.
