  • We run small weekly group sessions alongside personalised 1-2-1 coaching. Both are held in Coniston. The exact location is only shared with those who book to protect the landscape and privacy for those attending.

  • Please read through the information on the session options and select a time and date you wish to book on. Click the button to secure your place and this will automatically take you through to the booking form page.

  • We offer a human-centred wellness session which harnesses the natural landscape - air, land, water and fire elements combine to create a multi-faceted experience.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • No. You do not need to be a strong swimmer.
    You must be able to swim independently and feel comfortable in open water.

    There is no requirement to fully submerge. You are guided to move at a pace that feels steady and safe.

    A full safety briefing is given at the start of each session.

    • Two towels (one to dry off with and one to sit on in the sauna)
    • Warm layers for before and after
    • Footwear suitable for uneven ground
    • Water bottle

    A full kit list is provided after booking.

  • Sessions go ahead in most weather conditions.

    If conditions are unsafe, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or credit toward another session.

  • Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice receive full credit toward a future session.

    Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

    Places may be transferred to another person if suitable.

  • All participants complete a health declaration before attending.

    If you are unsure whether a session is suitable, please get in touch before booking.

  • Phones are set aside at the start of each session to support full presence.

    You will not need access to your phone during the experience.

    Once the session has finished, you are welcome to take photographs of the lake. If you would like me to take a photograph to mark your time here, I am happy to do so.
