Where cold water, open skies and stillness do what everything else couldn't.
Small by design
Held, not hurried
Quietly powerful
An invitation to slow down
Wellness beyond borders
This isn't a wellness programme.
It's a recalibration.
Most of us arrive here carrying something. A tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. A quiet sense of drift. A life that looks fine from the outside but feels thin from within.
Wild Wellness exists for that moment — when you're ready to stop managing how you feel and start actually changing it. Not through fixing. Not through pushing harder. But through cold water, stillness, breath and the kind of space that lets you think clearly again.
You'll leave different. Not because we told you to be — but because nature has a way of doing that, when someone who knows how to hold the space lets it.
Each session is shaped by the elements.
Water to awaken
Air to steady
Earth to ground
Fire to restore
Together, they create a complete experience.
Guided open water swimming at Coniston. Cold immersion, breath and the particular clarity that only water gives you. For those ready to feel something real.
Four times a year, we pause together at a turning point in the natural calendar. As the seasons shift, we gather by the lake to mark the movement of light, air and rhythm.
Warmth, reset and midweek calm. A gentle weekly ritual to carry you through the week, an hour of heat to melt the noise of the day. Drop in, breathe deep and let the steam do the rest.
A bespoke individual or 2 person coaching session. Clients will be working on swimming technique, mindset, breathing and presence in the water.
Heat, stillness and no agenda.

Wild Wellness wasn't built from a business plan. It was built from lived experience — of burnout, of water, of what it actually takes to find your way back to yourself.
She works with a small number of people at any one time. That's deliberate.
