Where cold water, open skies and stillness do what everything else couldn't.

Held, not hurried

Quietly powerful

An invitation to slow down

Wellness beyond borders

This isn't a wellness programme.
It's a recalibration.

Most of us arrive here carrying something. A tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. A quiet sense of drift. A life that looks fine from the outside but feels thin from within.

Wild Wellness exists for that moment — when you're ready to stop managing how you feel and start actually changing it. Not through fixing. Not through pushing harder. But through cold water, stillness, breath and the kind of space that lets you think clearly again.

You'll leave different. Not because we told you to be — but because nature has a way of doing that, when someone who knows how to hold the space lets it.

Each session is shaped by the elements.

Water to awaken

Air to steady

Earth to ground

Fire to restore

Together, they create a complete experience.

Small group immersion sessions combining water, breath and heat, held beside the lake in the quiet landscape of Coniston.

Water & Stillness is a guided two-hour gathering by the lake.

A small group. A deliberate pace. Time to slow down and reconnect — with breath, body and landscape.

We begin on land, move gently into the water, and return to warmth and stillness. There is no performance, no pressure and no expectation beyond presence.

Guided open water swimming at Coniston. Cold immersion, breath and the particular clarity that only water gives you. For those ready to feel something real.

Seasonal Gatherings

Four times a year, we pause together at a turning point in the natural calendar. As the seasons shift — at the equinoxes and solstices — we gather by the lake to mark the movement of light, temperature and rhythm.

These sessions expand gently beyond Water & Stillness. Alongside time in water and sauna, we incorporate simple seasonal practices: mindful observation, quiet walking, breath awareness, and subtle rituals that honour what is unfolding in nature and within ourselves.

  • Spring invites opening.

  • Summer invites light and warmth.

  • Autumn invites reflection and release.

  • Winter invites stillness and restoration.

Turning Points are not performances or ceremonies. They are moments to acknowledge change — in the landscape, in the year, and often in our own lives.

Small group. Deliberate pace.
An opportunity to step outside and move inward.

A women’s programme for midlife & menopause

Where two rivers meet, something new begins.

In geography, a confluence is the point where two bodies of water flow together — each changed by the meeting, both becoming something larger than before. Midlife feels like that. The woman you have been and the woman you are becoming, flowing into each other. Not a loss. Not a crisis. A meeting point.

The Confluence Sessions were built for this moment in your life.

A small, intimate programme set on the shores of Coniston Water. Over a series of 3 sessions, a group of no more than six women will move through cold water, heat, breath and stillness together.

This is not a spa day. It is not a retreat you attend and leave unchanged. It is a practice. A reckoning. A beginning. Intentionally taking up space as the woman you are today and the one you’re becoming.

Who This Is For

You are somewhere in the middle — of menopause, of midlife, perhaps of a career or a relationship or a version of yourself that no longer quite fits. You don’t need to be a swimmer. You need only to be curious, willing, and ready to show up.

The Confluence Sessions are women-only, led by a female coach who is navigating this transition herself. Not from the other side of it. Right here, in the middle of it, with you.

Mid-life, mid-point, mid-way through. These are women only session specifically created to support the menopause and beyond. A collective group programme for women ready to step into what’s next.

Meet the Founder

Natasha holds an MSc in Sport, Physical Activity and Mental Health and has spent decades working at the intersection of human stories and open landscapes — first as a photojournalist, then in brand and communications, and now as a wellbeing coach and open water guide.

Wild Wellness wasn't built from a business plan. It was built from lived experience — of burnout, of water, of what it actually takes to find your way back to yourself.

She works with a small number of people at any one time. That's deliberate.

The lake is waiting. When you're ready, so are we.
