Break up your week with an hour of heat, stillness and genuine rest. Wellbeing Wednesdays are a dedicated midweek slot for those who want to slow down, reset and take a little time for themselves — no classes, no agenda, just you and the sauna.

Book your hour between 1–4pm and come and go as you please within that time. Whether you're looking to ease tired muscles, clear a busy mind or simply carve out a quiet moment in the middle of the week, this is your space to do exactly that.

A small but meaningful ritual to look forward to every Wednesday.

Limited to just 6 spaces per hour - these sessions are small by design.

Set up beside the lake for easy access to cold dips if desired between the warmth or to sit outside and breathe in the air whilst enjoying some coolness on your body.

Each session participant has access to water, electrolytes and a warming tea. You are encouraged to bring your own mug to help create a sustainable experience.
